In the field of food, the Czech Republic has finally become cosmopolitan. Now you will find Thai and Turkish, Japanese and Cinese, Mexican and Moroccan, French and Italian restaurants everywhere. There’s a lot of choice and a lot of surprises. But: You name it, it has opened — and in many cases closed again. So, please be lenient if some restaurant-infos aren’t up to date.
Prices are usually astonishingly reasonable, although in some restaurants they are just astonishing. Drink prices are a hazard if you are teetering on the edge of alcoholism. Vodka at 2.00 – 5.00 USD a bottle. The best beer in the world for 30 Cents a half litre. Drinkable wine at a dollar a bottle.
Because there’ is such a wide variety of international restaurants we divided the section into different parts (see menue).
